I knew about trafficking before, and it really changed something in me when I found out about it. It is so horrible that little girls, my age and even younger, all around the world have to go through this. My parents have been working with Love146, an organization that is trying to stop chid sex trafficking, and I have done some things with them too. It is a huge issue that this is going on everyday, and most people you talk to won't know what your talking about. I feel that we need to raise awareness because just because you live in New York, with you parents and are really fortunate, doesn't mean everyone is. No one deserves to be going through such horrible routines everyday without others knowing about it, and trying to put a stop to it. I really feel strongly about this topic and it breaks my heart to think about it.
